Instructions for Use:

Click to download file for Microsoft Word Products - Color - Black and White

Note: Use the color logo only when you will be priting to a color printer or when you will be using the logo as part of an electronic presentation (such as a PowerPoint). If you will be printing a document to a black and white printer, you should use the black and white version as the color version will print gray on a black and white printer.

Click to download file for other graphic programs (such as Adobe Illustrator): Color - Black and White

1. Download the file - Remember where you saved it!
2. If using in Microsoft software do the following (Other types of software may require different procedures. Check your help menu for the software you are using if you don't know how to insert an image.)
   1. Place the insertion cursor at the point where you want the graphic to appear.
   2. Click the Insert Menu
   3. Click File...
   4. Browse to the downloaded file and insert it.

• Do not use GIF or JPEG images in Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher.
• This image format is resizable.
• Do not stretch the image
